EKAM USA South Jersey Chapter was started in 2018. We were fortunate to have Dr. SaiLakshmi, founder of EKAM to inaugurate the starting of our chapter. Our chapter has initiated several fund raising activities to support our adopted village / district in India as well as local causes. Our EYAs have taken initiative to create and drive Caring Crowd projects. EYAs have particpated in workshops and are actively involved in internal meetings and decision making

    YOGA FOUNDATIONS-10 ( 8/20, 8/21, 8/27 , 8/28)

    “Yoga Foundations-10” is a holistic yoga workshop for young kids and adults to lay a solid foundation for
    yoga, including asana (postures), pranayama (breathing), dhyana (meditation) and gyana (knowledge).
    This allows one to prepare for a daily yoga practice and equip with tools to handle stressful situations at
    school, work and life.
