Tratak Meditation ( Candle gazing) Offered virtually on May 21st, Friday 7pm-8 pm EST Tratak Is a yoga purification technique( shatkarma) and a method of meditation that involves gazing at a single object like a candle flame. This brings about a very calming effect on the nervous system and a stillness in the mind. After Tratak, we will relax the body with mindfulness meditation. Login details will be emailed after registration, prior to the workshop.
*Tratak using candlelight should not be done with people with glaucoma, cataract, astigmatism, epilepsy and Schizophrenia.
